Today, Lisa and Maya came down for the afternoon! The sun was shining and we took Maya out for a walk in her stroller. She thoroughly enjoyed it and pointed out a cat to me!

Okay Mom! I'm going to be checking your blog now and I want to see new postings. You can do it :)
Bonnie, this is great!
I just read "Three Cups of Tea", too! What a powerful book, which convinces me that education is
the key to peace in the world.
Another great read is "Prisoner of Tehran" by Marina Nemat. I think you would like it, too. They speak to similar issues.
How did you create your site? Did you have a template? I am not a quilter, but I just made a squared quilt (precut squares) backed with chenille, and used the left over chenille to make a tied doll size blanket (thought Peyton
could use it for a snuggly in the car or whatever...)
I hope to see Peyton early next month--she will be 6 mos. old! I heard her laugh on the phone the other day, and I couldn't stop laughing...what fun!
I am still buried under a glacier at my house, as usual this time of year, but the creeks are running higher than usual. Hopefully it will be a good growing season for us all.
Love to you and the family~m
